Designated as the host lodging facility for the conference, the Clarion has a spa, teen activity area, children's playroom, state-of-the-art water park that's perfect for kids of all ages, and four restaurants.
Rate Information
The Clarion is offering small farms conference attendees a special rate of $89.00 plus $12 nightly resort fee for a standard room with 2 queen beds (single, double, triple, or quad occupancy), excluding applicable state and local taxes (currently totaling 13%). Room total inclusive of $12 resort fee and current taxes is $114.13 per night, per room. This special group rate is also available during the three days prior to and following the conference dates.
Reservation Deadline
Reservations must be made by Thursday, June 25, 2009 to receive the discounted rate. Please be aware the Clarion may fill before the discounted rate deadline, so we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible. After June 25, 2009, the discounted group rate is not guaranteed on possible remaining rooms. (To receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in the form of a government issued check, credit card or purchase order, and, be accompanied by a Florida sales tax exemption certificate presented at check-in.)

Room Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
