Opportunities to support the Florida Small Farms and Alternative Enterprise conference are available at various levels as described below. All benefits are subject to print deadlines.

  • Verbal recognition during the Opening Session at the conference, including recognition of the organization’s attending representative(s).
  • Visual acknowledgment via PowerPoint projection during breaks and prior to meals

Display Setup Information

Booth Description

Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsoring organizations will receive a complimentary space which includes:

  • Platinum (10' x 20' space)

  • Gold & Silver (10' x 10' space)

  • 8’ high background with a 3’ high side-rail divider and drapery

  • 1 - 6' x 24” x 30”h draped table, and skirted on three sides

  • 2 – side chairs

  • 1 – waste basket with liner

  • 1 - 7" x 40" identification sign with company name, city, state and booth number

The Exhibit Services, Inc. is the official exhibit services company. Exhibit Services will assist you with all your shipping, freight, equipment and decoration requirements. Roughly 45 days prior to the event, Exhibit Services will email confirmed exhibitors a website link to retrieve the exhibitor services kit. The kit will contain order forms to make final booth or table top arrangements, including orders for shipping and handling, electricity requirements, internet access, water, air, gas and orders for booth décor such as carpeting, plants, furniture or any other items you would like to rent for your booth or table top. All questions regarding the above should be directed to the Exhibit Services.

Sponsor Display Set-up, Removal & Location

Setup:

Friday, July 31, 2009, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm

The Exhibit Services, Inc. will be available for setup needs 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Please setup your display by 8:00 pm in order to be ready for the next day’s morning events.

Teardown:

Sunday, August 2, 2009, 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm

The Exhibit Services, Inc. will be available for teardown needs from 10:45am-1:00pm

5:30pm – All sponsor display materials packed and ready for shipping.

Hours Open:

Saturday, August 1, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday, August 2, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm

Exhibition Building

The Exhibition Building will be open to conference attendees from Saturday morning refreshments through  Sunday afternoon, generating two day's exposure for your organization.  The Exhibition Building will be the primary gathering place for attendees where daily refreshments and lunches will be served.  A detailed agenda will be available in early 2009.

NOTE: It is not mandatory to have a display representative present at all times in the Exhibition Building. As a symposium attendee, sponsors* are invited to participate in all symposium meetings and networking functions.
