Participants with Children

While the conference educational program is geared to adult education, the conference organizers are sensitive to the need of participants who may need to attend with their children. The conference is unable to provide babysitting services or activities for older kids, however, a room will be available for nursing mothers and parents that need a short break from the conference (Family Rest Area). Parents will be responsible for the supervision of their children at all times and will not be allowed to leave their children in any area or room unsupervised.

Special Needs

Participants with special needs (such as visual, hearing or walking impairments) can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference. We can be reached by phone at 1-352-392-5930, by FAX at 1-352-392-9734, or by calling 1-800-955-8771 (TDD). The TDD number can only be accessed from within the State of Florida.
