Sponsorship Opportunities

The Florida Small Farms and Alternative Enterprises Conference, July 31 & August 1, 2010 at the Osceola Heritage Park, Kissimmee, Florida will provide sponsors with a unique opportunity to interact with producers, marketers, researchers, educators, policy makers, and allied industry representatives. The 2009 conference attracted 800 attendees and even more are expected this year. We hope that you will choose to support our work to meet the information and policy needs of family farmers. By becoming a sponsor, your organization will:

Sponsorship Levels

Opportunities to support the Florida Small Farms and Alternative Enterprises conference are available at various levels as described below. All benefits are subject to print deadlines.

Platinum - $10,000 to $19,999

  • 150 word description about your organization on the conference web site
  • Verbal recognition during the Opening Session at the conference, including recognition of the organization's attending representative(s)
  • Visual acknowledgment via Power Point projection during breaks and prior to meals
  • FOUR Complimentary Registrations
  • ONE Complimentary 20' wide x 10' deep booth with a skirted 6' table and two chairs to showcase your organization as an exhibitor throughout the conference
    • PRIME location of the complimentary booth in the exhibit area
    • Electricity for booth (up to 5 amps)
  • Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor in the onsite program
  • Recognition through sponsor name badge ribbons
  • Acknowledgment through signage at the conference
  • Recognition through conference promotional materials (subject to print deadlines)
  • Your organization's logo and link on the Florida Small Farms and Alternative Enterprises Conference web site

Bronze - $1,000 to $2,499

  • ONE Complimentary Registration
  • Recognition as a Bronze Sponsor in the onsite program

  • We appreciate your support; however this level does not include exhibit space.

Contributions - under $1,000

  • Contribution of less than $1,000 are also most welcome and will be recognized on the web site and listed in the onsite program
  • We appreciate your support; however this level does not include registration or exhibit space. If attending, please refer to the conference registration information page.

Sponsorship Commitment

To lock in your sponsorship simply print out the sponsorship form, complete and send with payment.

Upon receipt, we will contact you to finalize details regarding your participation.

Please note payment must be received by June 1, 2010 to recognize your organization in the conference program.
